The masculine energy is often associated with action, logic and strength, while the feminine energy embodies intuition, receptivity and nurturing qualities.
When you cultivate balance between all of these energies, you create a nurturing environment for personal growth, self-awareness, and fulfillment.
However, when you become out of balance, it can manifest in various ways that negatively affect your overall well-being.

Physical Symptoms: This can show up as persistent fatigue, headaches and even digestive issues. Negatively impacting your overall health and how you show up and operate on a daily basis.
Lack of Clarity: This can manifest as indecisiveness and frequent confusion, making it difficult to move forward. You may find yourself constantly questioning everything and often allowing others to make decisions for you.
Disconnection From Self: You may feel detached from who you truly are, leading to a sense of purposelessness or confusion about the direction of your life.
Neglect of Self-Care: When you don’t prioritize yourself, self-care takes a back seat, often resulting in daily feelings of stress and overwhelm.
Relationship Strain: Relationships feel unbalanced or unhealthy, with tension making it difficult to communicate your needs and desires effectively.
